Chace Crawford's marijuana arrest may go up in smoke, as if it never happened at all.

The "Gossip Girl" star, who was arrested last June after cops found him in a vehicle with an unlit joint, has agreed to a pretrial diversion program, according to TMZ.com.

Crawford, 25, ultimately won't have to face a charge of marijuana possession provided he fulfills certain requirements set by the court.

For starters, during the next 12 months, the hunky actor reportedly can't be arrested or be involved in any criminal activity.

Crawford was also ordered to perform 24 hours of community service and check in with a probation officer each month, the gossip site said.

The case will be dismissed if the Texas native meets all the conditions. The misdemeanor pot charge reportedly carried a sentence of up to six months in jail.

What would Nate Archibald say? Crawford's character on "Gossip Girl," now in its fourth season, has been known to smoke up at times. But at least he's managed not to get caught.
