Continuing her post-?American Idol? highlight reel, Pia Toscano was on ?Dancing with the Stars? last night for a very special performance.
Ms. Toscano sang ?I?ll Stand By You? while her boyfriend Mark Ballas and Karina Smirnoff performed a beautiful dance routine, much to the delight of the audience.
From there, Pia headed out to the 2011 Us Weekly Hot Hollywood Party at Eden to check out all the star-studded action.
And of course, Toscano was dressed to impress, sporting a sleeveless navy blue dress teamed with a pair of gold peep-toe heels.
