A Los Angeles judge ruled last night that Lindsay Lohan would get 120 days in jail for violating her probation.� According to Us Magazine, Lohan was only charged with a misdemeanor last night for allegedly stealing a necklace back in January.� Since she?s turned down previous plea bargains for this case, she?ll be tried in 45 days.

Since the jewelry incident was in violation of her probation terms stemming from a 2007 DUI, the judge ruled that Lohan remain behind bars for 120 days.� In addition she must complete community service.�� Lohan?s lawyer filed an appeal.
