Memorial service held for Clarence Clemons in Florida

Clarence Clemons was remembered by family members and close friends today at a memorial in Palm Beach, Fla.

The service took place at the Royal Poinciana Chapel, reports The Palm Beach Daily News, for Clemons who died Saturday from complications of a stroke he suffered a week earlier. He was 69.

Bruce Springsteen, Jackson Browne, and current and former members of the E Street Band attended, reports the News. Springsteen, who performed musical parts of the service with Browne and other band members, gave the eulogy for the Big Man, his friend of nearly 40 years.
