Alec Baldwin quits 'Rock of Ages'
Adam Shankman's star-studded film production of the stage hit Rock of Ages will be minus one big name, The Hollywood Reporter reveals. 30 Rock's Alec Baldwin is dropping out of the movie after agreeing to star in March.
Neither Shankman, who will direct the film, nor Baldwin have commented on the casting change yet. The rest of the Ages ensemble -- Tom Cruise, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Russell Brand, Paul Giamatti, Malin Akerman, Bryan Cranston, Mary J. Blige and Julianne Hough -- remains intact.
