Britney Spears Back In Control?

Britney Spears appears to have been stable for the past year or more, so this story makes total sense to me. She could apparently regain control of her finances by the end of this year if all goes according to plan.A source says,

�??Everyone involved believes she has the necessary proof that she is competent to be in charge of her affairs. She�??s more than ready.�?�

Britney does seem to be in a good place these days. However, there's only so much the public can tell based off of a few weekly photos of Brit getting Starbucks.
